Return Policy

  • You can return all pre-designed styles, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. 
  • Special orders or Custom special orders are eligible for return but in such cases, only store credit will be issued. 
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn condition and accompanied by all the documentation provided with the purchase. 
  • Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable) may not be returned. 
  • Exchanges are non refundable
  • Returns displaying any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. 
  • Orders cannot be canceled 24 hours after the time of purchase.  

  

    How to Return an Order

    To initiate a return for your order, please follow these steps: 

    • Review the Return Policy: Familiarize yourself with the company's return policy to ensure your item is eligible for return.

    • Obtain a Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is crucial for processing your return. Packages lacking a Return Shipping Authorization Number will not be accepted for a refund. 
    • Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if available. Include all accessories and documentation that came with the product. 
    • Label the Package: Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization (RA) number. This ensures smooth processing on the company's end. 
    • Ship the Package: Send the package using a reliable shipping method, preferably one that provides tracking. Ensure it is properly insured and addressed to the return center. 
    • Keep Proof of Return: Retain the shipping receipt or tracking information as proof of return. This can be useful if any issues arise during the return process. 
    • Await Confirmation: Once the company receives and processes your return, they will typically provide confirmation and, if applicable, issue a refund or store credit. 

     

    Upon receipt of the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and validate the return item's condition and process the refund.
